Privacy

Your information, kept simple.

This page explains how I handle information when you contact Jade Andreas Photography.

Enquiries

If you contact me by email or through the enquiry form, I use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss a booking and manage any photography work we agree.

The enquiry form

The form on my contact page asks for your name, email address, the type of shoot, the location and your message, and optionally your phone number, a preferred date and how you heard about me. When you press send, those details go from this website straight to my business email inbox. The website itself does not keep a copy or store them in a database.

When your enquiry is sent, the website also emails you a short automatic acknowledgement from my business address, including a copy of what you sent, so you know it arrived. I don’t add you to any mailing list.

The website is hosted by Vercel and my email is provided by IONOS, so your message passes through their systems on its way to me, and they may keep short technical logs. I keep enquiry emails only for as long as I need them to reply, arrange a booking and keep normal business records. You can ask me to see, correct or delete your details at any time.

Photography and client material

Photographs are handled as part of delivering the agreed service. Images are only shown publicly where I have the right or permission to use them.

Third-party services

I use Pixieset to deliver client galleries. Pixieset processes information under its own privacy terms.

Website data

I do not sell personal information. If analytics are introduced, this notice will be updated to explain what is collected and why.
